Reservation & Cancellation
We process all reservations free of charge.

All travel arrangements are processed through Albatross Travel.

Cancellation policies are displayed during the reservation confirmation process and are also listed in the confirmation email you receive upon confirming your reservation.

The  reservations can be cancelled with no penalties until 12,00 (Bucharest time) the day before your specified arrival. 

Canceling after this period there is a penalty equal to 1 night fee. 

No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.

For non show there is a penalty equal to 1 night fee.


If you need to change your reservation (even when you are already at the hotel), you have to contact us, using the Change Your reservation form, by phone +4021 221 95 58  by fax  +4021.221 35 85  or by email reservation@hotelnet.ro .

Confirmation

This is not an automatic hotel reservation service.

All reservation will be followed up within 24 hours with an email and  a service order.
Full contact information will be provided to you in your email hotel confirmation : each Service Order contains  the hotel address,   phone and fax, the rates, the other services, our credit card policy  and the hotel's cancellation policy.

Credit card

After sending the confirmation of the reservation we ask information about a valid credit card, by phone or by fax only . All reservation are guaranteed by our agency for late arrival

After the day of arrival we will charge your credit card for one night only if you do not show at the hotel, without canceling the reservation according to our cancellation policy.

Otherwise, if the payment for the services will be made through our agency,  your credit card will be charged for all the services after hotel check-out.

After hotel check-out, if the payment for the services has been made through our agency, you will receive by email or by fax our invoice, that includes information about the services consumed, the rates, the total amount and the receipts number.

The credit card processing fee is  3% .

Accepted credit  : VISA, MASTER CARD AND EURO CARD

Hotelnet.ro WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DANGERS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
