What is the cost for using Hotelnet.ro service?
There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use Hotelnet.ro hotel reservation service.

How do I make a reservation?
From our directory, or from every hotel details page choose the hotel you want to stay in
and press "Make now a reservation" at the bottom of each hotel page. On
the form, just follow the instructions
After you fill out all of the needed information, press the "Submit Reservation"
button.When I submit my reservation, where does
my request go?
All travel arrangements are processed through Albatross Travel
All reservation will be followed up within 24 hours with an email and a service
order.
Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any
written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The email confirmation you receive from Hotelnet.ro is all you will need. It displays
your Service Order Number, the hotel address phone and fax, the rate, confirmation number,
and the hotel's cancellation policy.
Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?
You can, but the prices displayed on Hotelnet.ro.com are available only through our
service. If you make a reservation at the hotel, you will be charged on average 10% to 50%
more.
When do you check availability?
We check availability only at the point of making a reservation.
Will you confirm my reservation by fax or phone?
Usually we make confirmations by e-mail, so please make double sure that you have provided
us the correct e-mail address. Although if you can not provide an email address, we will
send the confirmation by fax or by phone.
How do I cancel or change a reservation online?
If you need to change your
reservation (even when you are already at the hotel), you have to contact us, using the Change
Your reservation link, by phone ( +4021 221 95 58 ), by fax (
+4021.221.35.85 ) or by
email reservation@hotelnet.ro

Are taxes and breakfast included in your prices?
Yes. Unless noted otherwise, all taxes and breakfast are included.
Do you offer additional discounts?
In the hotel directory check
carefully if there are available week-end special rates or hot deals for the hotel you
want to stay in , so click on hotel link to see all these special rates.
Sometimes we can offer additional discounts, so check always our hot deals.
Are your prices by room or by person?
All prices in our service are per room, not per person. For example, a price for a single
means a room with one person, for a double means a room with 2 persons, etc.
How can you offer rooms at such discounted prices?
For two reasons. First, all reservations are made through Sky Travel, our tourism
division, who have negotiated these favorable rates. Second, we use the internet to do all
the transactions which cuts our cost considerably.
CANCELLATION POLICIY
What is your cancellation policy?
When you are completing the Hotelnet.ro Reservation Form, the Cancellation Policy
will be provided in red. You can also read our Terms and Conditions
You must cancel your reservation until 12,00 ( Bucharest time ) the day prior to arrival.
If you cancel before this, you will not be charged a penalty.
Canceling after this period will
result in a cancellation penalty fee - a one night's deposit charge will be applied.
GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES
Can Hotelnet.ro supply a cot or crib for my room when I travel with children?
We'll do everything possible to accommodate your request. Please note all special requests
in the Special Request area when confirming your personal information as part of the
online reservations process.
How do I request an early check-in or late
checkout with the hotel?
Since hotel policies regarding early check-in ( generally before 12:00 a.m.) or
late checkout ( generally after 12:00 a.m.) vary by location and by hotel, please contact
us by e-mail or by phone prior to your arrival to make any necessary arrangements .
